We’ve called it “home” many times, but never truly in a permanent way, until we returned with our kids.
Seeing the island through their eyes changed everything.

Bali has always been magical for us, but traveling with our kids made us truly notice its stories, its people, and its culture.
Quiet villages, smiling locals, and rice fields stretching as far as the eye can see, it all felt different when we explored it together.
As we explored with our kids, answering their endless questions about life, culture, and traditions, we realized it was time to do something meaningful. Bali was facing overtourism, with outsiders arriving without understanding the language, the people, or the land they were stepping on. We wanted to create something different—something that respects the island, its community, and its traditions.
